This notice applies to beta invitations, beta support, feedback, and any information you choose to send to us in connection with testing NutriSignals.
Information we may handle for beta
- Contact details used to administer invites and tester communications, such as your first name and email address.
- Support and feedback material you choose to send, such as beta waitlist responses, emails, screenshots, logs, exports, notes, and sample data.
- Basic technical context such as app version, Windows version, or device details if you include them in a support request or bug report.
How we use beta information
- To invite and manage testers
- To troubleshoot bugs and support issues
- To improve stability, usability, wording, exports, and feature design
- To communicate beta updates, changes, and issues
Local data and shared data
Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, NutriSignals is intended to operate primarily on your device. We do not receive your in-app data just because you use the beta. We may receive information only when you choose to send us support emails, screenshots, logs, exports, or other feedback material.
Overseas disclosures
Beta-related information may be handled through service providers whose systems or infrastructure are located outside Australia, including the United States. Depending on the provider, processing may also occur in other countries where that provider or its subprocessors operate.
Access and correction
You can ask for access to beta-related personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting support@nutrisignals.com.
Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint about beta-related handling, contact support@nutrisignals.com with the details. We will review it and aim to respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
